Downwind Open to SUPs

As you all know one of our major objectives here at The Paddling Project is to build up our local paddling community.  We have long felt that that one of the best ways to do this is to spend more time with other like minded souls on the water, which is why  we are very excited about annoucing that the 20km downwind course is now open to both ski paddlers and SUPs!

We have also changed the sprint course back at Takapuna to a 1km sheltered course, suitable for new paddlers.  It is only $15 to compete in this part of the race and paddlers can choose to do as many or as few laps as they want.

All the details are on our "Race Details" page.

Thanks again to all the SUP paddlers who have taken the time to discuss this race with us - your input is always appreciated.

See you all on the 24th!
