Throughout Jasons own career as a paddler he was essentially “self coached” and experimented extensively using his Sport Science background. He is a firm believer in doing the right sort of training for the right person, a training programme is never a one size fits all model and it depends on many components including; anatomical/physiological make up, time/commitment, goals and aspirations, environment and people around you/support

Jason enjoys working with individuals, ascertaining base lines and working towards aspirations and goals. Whether, they are international athletes or weekend warriors. He firmly believes that life is not a stop start affair, but a continuum, and that you need to be challenging yourself to be moving forward in whatever you are doing.

Aspire to be better today than you were yesterday
