We have just posted all the details for our exciting 10km winter race series on the "Races" tab above, check it out if you want to enjoy some quality racing this winter.
We have also updated the dates for our Sunday afternoon squad training sessions so that they work in better with RAYC regular fortnightly 10-12km race, so click on the "Squad Info" tab to make sure you know exactly when and where we are training each Sunday.
